Brief Description: Drilled holes for Coax ELT Pass through
I purchased a 3/4" titanium stepped drill bit at Sears over the weekend since my larger stepped drill bits were either too small or too large to work for this application. I drilled the holes to enable the supplied Coax and connectors to pass between the baggage compartment through the bulkhead behind the baggage compartment. I used a double snap bushing since the pass through hole with the connector is much larger than the wire. In the case I need to replace the coax I will not need to mess with making coax connections as the BNC connectors can pass right through the holes. Also, since the ELT is under a TSO, I decided to not make any changes to the supplied coax connector.
