Continued wiring the VP-X based on the configuration I finalized and printed out on the Vertical Power website. The picture indicated what has been wired so far with black check marks. Here is what was done tonight:
1) Ran Starter contactor switch to J10-1 2) Ran Starter annunciator input from starter contactor to J2-11 3) Ran Battery contactor master switch from battery contactor to ground 4) Ran Primary Alternator Field wire to J12-11 5) Ran Backup Alternator Field wire from B&C LR-3 regulator pin 4 to Alternator 6) Ran Backup Alternator Field switch from B&C regulator pin 6 to J10-7 7) Ran Backup Vsense wire from B&C LR03 regulator pin 3 to to J10-8 8) Ran Ground wires (2) from J12-4 and J10-9 to the common ground bus
Next steps will be to wire in serial ports for VP-X communication with the Skyview and then start wiring power grounds for the avionics and switches.
