While I am waiting for my replacement canopy I shifted focus to installing the avionics and wiring. I measured and cut a rectangular hole through the intermiediate bulkhead for the Garmin SL40 and GTS units. They will both protrude beyond the bulkhead. I riveted a bottom shelf and added side rails to the carbon fiber panel metal frame. Cut a few 3/4" .063 aluminum brackets for securing the radio stack.
