Did the same procedure with the main wheels. Next step was to install the innertubes and mount the tires on the rims. Used baby powder and partially filled the tubes to make sure there was no kinks in the tube. Mated both risms and installed bolts. Filled the tires several times to ensure that the tubes were not pinched.
