Marty and Steve helped me drill the rear spar bolt and set the wing incidence. Marty had a jig that he used for Steve's RV9-A over 5 years ago. We leveled the airplane with Marth's machinist level and got it spot on. We spent about 30 minutes trying to determine if the Jig was too long or if we were interpreting the plans incorrectly. in the end the legnth of the Jig was fine and the plans made sense. Started with a punch, #30, 1/4" G, H, .311 reamer on each side. Bolts slid in thumb pressure tight and clearance is fine.
Wing incidence from the root to the tip was also spot on.
