No pictures here. Bsically when I put the aileron and flaps in neutral trail the right wingtip the trailing edge did not line up. I driled out all the nutplates, epoxied and sanded the holes, redrilled the nutplates, countersunk and redimpled. After some initial angst about having the same issue fellow builder Steve reviewed and after about a hour we agreed that there was not really a problem. I think that when I initially determined the neutral aileron using the tooling holes in the wingtip rib I made a miscalculation because I drilled out the aft tooling hole so I could install a BNC bulkhead fitting.
