Brief Description: Prosealed vent screen and right tank
Ordered more fresh Proseal from Vans for sealing the tank access plates. The stuff only has a 20 minute life before it starts to set so I had to work quickly. Had some extra left so I prosealed the screens for the tank vent lines. I initially started to use the cork gasket but after putting it on the wing and the adding proseal to the plate, the gasket shifted and I could not see where the holes were to allign the gasket properly. I was in a bit of a pickle as the proseal was setting, so I removed the gasket, added more proseal to both mating surfaces and put the screws in place. Each screw was dipped in proseal to ensure that there will not be any leaks.
The stuff sets up quickly so tomorrow I will do the pressure testing of the tank.
