Put the fuselage on saw horses and leveled horizontally and longitudinally per instructions.
Started with the Left wheel pant assembly. Aligned the left wheel pant vertically with the tire and 1" spacer block.Drilled 4 #30 holes on the exterior.
Ran a string line centered in the middle of the fuselage to the empannage. Set the Left wheel pant and measured the leading edge for offset distance from the center of the fuselage. Measured 41.5" and drew a line from the leading edge to the trailing edge parallel to the fuselage center line. Moved the trailing edge of the wheel pant to line up with the offset line.
