Removed all snap bushings and drilled a few holes that were not enlarged for the 5/8" snap bushings. Centered the rudder in the neutral position and setup the rudder pedals to be the same distance from the wing spar. Temporarily clamped cables and checked for full rudder deflection. Marked and drilled Stainless links.
