Here I have 2, 1/8” pieces of aluminum clamped together. The bottom piece has a ¼” hole. The upper piece has a huge ugly hole. The idea is to fix the top hole so its ¼” and is in alignment with the bottom hole. I stuck a rod of Teflon in the bottom hole. The epoxy will not stick to the Teflon rod after it cures.
I made 2 of these test pieces so I could test both company epoxy products.
