Here is the final result of the 705 bulkhead fix. Hey, I used blue low tack tape to protect the bulkhead while grinding away. When I removed it, some of the primmer with it. What, are you kidding me? I used SEM Self Etching Primer on this 705 bulkhead, and Stuart Systems Water Born primer everywhere else. I did more tests. The SEM primer pulls off with low tack tap but the Stuart Systems does not. Make your own conclusions.
