Brief Description: Make Plate Nut Plate, mount Aft Ball Stud Mounts
Yep, I call them “Plate Nut Plates”. The plans have you use normal nuts but it is difficult getting the nuts in position once the Canopy Deck is riveted in place. I decided to rivet a couple Plate Nuts to a plate. Then rivet the plate to the Canopy Deck. Easy and kind of fun to make. Maybe over kill? The Plate Nut Plates will also provide additional support for the Lift Struts.
