Once the ¼” hole is drilled on one side of the F-76B angle then you need to drill the 3 anchor holes on the other side. Use the Actuator Channel as a drill guide. Take note that the 3 holes in the channel are not parallel to the channel flange? What’s up with that? After study you figure out it’s because the electric flap actuator shaft will not be parallel either. Thus the anchor holes are not parallel either. Interesting.
