Brief Description: Drill single F-902 bulkhead hole.
At the top of the 902 bulkhead (bottom of picture) is a rivet that goes through the bulkhead and main longeron. The bulkhead tab is small so be careful with edge distance. Earlier on the plans say that the flange of the 902 needs to be adjusted so that the web is perpendicular to the longitudinal line. The web needs to be set in order to drill this single hole because it’s easy to change the web angle with different locations of the hole. So, I ran a board across the two bulkheads to get them set exactly perpendicular. Then I drill the hole from the bottom. You can see the edge distance is small but I’m going with it.
Why do the 902 webs need to be parallel? Because the sub instrument panel rivets to the bottom of this 902 bulkhead.
