The 706 bulkhead get more Snap Bushing holes on the sides for the rudder cables. These are all 5/8" holes.
I still use the two step drills. I start with the step drill that has small steps and maximumm size of 1/2". I then move onto the larger step drill and step 2 more times to get it to 5/8"
