Brief Description:  Aileron - Dimple skin on top of water pipe weight.

First you need to secure the pipe in the skin, then secure the skin to the table. As you can see I used 2 2x4's. The one on the table is laying flat and the one on top is up on edge.

To secure to pipe to the skin just place the pipe on top of the boards, then place the skin on top of that. I clecoed every other hole. You will find that the 2 2x4 method really holds the skin nicely. I clamped the boards to the bench but I didn't need any clamps holding the skin to the boards.

Most people use the plunger from the c-frame to do the dimpling. If you don't have a C-Frame your screwed. Not really. Here is a link to one of my favorite logs that shows an alternative.
