Brief Description:  Tank/Leading Edge Pucker. AGAIN.

Well, I'm back to finish the tank/leading edge pucker problems.
Image 1 shows the shim I used on both wings. Perfect fix for that problem.

A new pucker problem. Previously I had tank pucker inbetween the screws on the fuel tank. I added shims between the rib and joint plate on the leading edge to bring the leading edge out to match the pucker on the tanks. That worked great, but now the other locations that don't have shims are indended. I had to drill out 3 platenuts on the joint plate and add shims between the allready installed shims. Image 3 shows small shims next to the platenuts.

All is good to go. Next time I see an RV I'll compare my tank/leading edge skin joint. It's not perfect, but lets move on.
