While I'm mixing 30grams of Pro-Seal for the rib flanges Mindy unclecos a rib and yanks it out. This is good, we're both busy so we must be saving time.
I apply the Pro-Seal to the flanges while Mindy gets the small can of Pro-Seal clecoes and the cleco tool.
I put the rib in and it's time to cleco every hole. Mindy really helped here. I concentrated on getting the holes to align with the pointy thing while Mindy came along and installed a cleco. It takes a little bit of work to get these holes aligned so it was nice that when I had a hole aligned Mindy was ready to quickly install a cleco. We started at the leading edge and worked back.
The pointy thing does two things. First it does an inial alignment between the rib and skin. Second, I use it the gently pri the rib down into the skin.
