Brief Description: Fuel cap fent line vent clip fabrication.
Just a few pictures of the fuel cap vent line clips. One end of the fuel vent is attached to the inboard end rib and the other end is left open and attaches to these clips that are attached to the fuel cap frame.
Using a long piece of 1/2" by 0.025 aluminum, I bent it around a drill bit that is slightly smalled in diameter then the fuel vent line. Using a long piece gives you better leverage to make that ciecle bend. After the bend trim it up to length. Wrapping around a smaller diemeter will assure a tight fit on the fatter vent line.
