I used a method of clamping a 1" X 1/8" piece of aluminum inder the main spar flange. Drill a hole through the aluminum bar that will keep the counter sink pilot hole centered.
Installing nut plates with the pneumatic squeezer. This was easy and fun.
Oh, the nut plates hold on the removable gas tanks.
