Here I show the fixed belt sander hood and it's mounting. These work great.
I have 2 of these. One with a course belt to grind away material and one with medium/fine to smooth out material.
I got these things for $50 bucks each. They were new but had burned out motors. I rewound the moters with new copper motor wire and they work better then new. Better then new because the old windings wore not baked in shellace. The new motor windings are not as susceptible to heat damage.
