Once the aft turtle deck is leveled and firmly clamped you can drill away. I chose to drill through the 2 spacers at the same time as the longeron locations. Just seems to make sense to drill it all at once. To drill the 4 holes around the Hor Stab Attach Bar I used an extended bit I got from Arlington a few years back.
