Here are just a few pictures of drilling the aft seat hinge to the seat floor. There are 3 existing holes in the seat that now must be drilled through the hinge. Clamp the seat, view the hinge center line through the seat and drill way. Hole is centered.
You may notice this hole is larger then the drawing call out. It is a #19 instead of a 1/8” to support removing the floors.
