Brief Description: Notch vertical angle so hinge fits flush.
This is the first we’ve had to do this type of fabrication. How to notch these guys? These are the bottom of the vertical seat back vertical angles. I used my Riobi Radial Arm Saw that can hole router bits. Worked great. Not having much experience with router bits I was a bit afraid. Wasn’t sure what to expect when the bit hit the material. Would the world come to an end? Turned out to be non issue. I have what I would call perfect notches.
