I’m still waiting for more of Stephanie’s time to get the fuselage riveted. We did some yesterday. Her idea, wow.
I decided to make the seat backs. These will be done before I turn the boat, I mean turn the canoe. That’s not right, I mean flip the boat. That’s not right either. I mean flip the canoe. Yes, that’s it. When I flip the canoe I’ll be able to put the seats in it straight away and sit in it.
Gathering materials for the next task is kind of fun. You get to study the drawings until they make sense then go find the parts.
I used a hack saw to cut up the angles needed. I’ll use the sanding disk to get them to final length.
