Brief Description: Make gear hole in forward bottom skin.
I cut the template from the plans, scanned it and made a few copies in case I messed up cutting the hole in the paper. I don’t show it here but I used a large hole cutting saw first, then a sanding drum to expand it to an oval shape. Trail and error here. Trim, fit and trim some more. You can see I’m very close to that second hole. I’m worried about it.
