So, these longerons need a slot. Hate working on these guys. I used the turtle deck to locate the slot locations. The drawings are clear on the dimensions to measure. The turtle deck is 19/32 from the end of the longeron and it’s inside the longeron edge by 1/8 inch. I already had the 19/32 line on the longeron from when I notched the end. Clamp it and mark the cut out. I held the longeron up to the fuselage to make sure what I measured made sense. It did.
