Brief Description: F-716 Seat Rib - Cut rib for access plate. Part 2
Be sure to mark both the rib and access cut out so they can be matched up later. I was going to use my mini cut off wheel in the Dremel tool. But, it makes a cut that is too fat. Instead I actually used tin snips smack in the middle of the fat red line. Then used the belt sander to remove most of the rest of the red like. You can see my gaps in image 3.
You can see in image 3 a pair of pliers with red tape on the nose. I used it as a mini flange straightener when the tin snips deformed the parts a bit.
