These guys are 1 1/4" long. I looked through my raw materials and couldn’t find 1 1/4" material. I did how ever have 1 1/2" from the F-705B center section bar that I messed up. It already had 1/8" holes from when I wasted it. So, I just measured around the existing holes and cut the spacers on the band saw, finished shaped on the belt sander and smoothed out on the Scotch Bright wheel.
Interesting in that instead of shaping the piece first and then drilling the hole I drilled the hole first. This way the wondering drill problem would not bite me.
I've fit these spacers to where they go and it turns out the dimensions are not critical. Of course mine are exact
