Brief Description: Drill and dimple rudder cable clamp hole.
DWG 28 shows the rivet call outs for the fuselage. This drawing also has many notes. The Plans don't say to visit his drawing for information but if you check it outt, you'll see a note to drill this rudder cable clamp hole before riveting. I would have missed it if it had not been for my brother Steve. He called and turned me onto this drawing.
Anyway, do as the DWG says. Drill to #19 and dimple for a #8 screw.
I don't have pictures of it but I also drilled to #27 and dimpled for a #6 screw the F-824 cover plate holes in the side skins and cover plates.
