Brief Description:  Drill aft bottom fuselage.

Time to match drill this aft bottom fuselage,

The order that I drilled was -
1.) J Stiffeners. 2 each side
2.) Bottom skin.
3.) Side bulkheads.
4.) 711 and 712 aft bulkheads.

The J Stiffeners were a bit of a bummer. You can see the center line of the stiffener through the hole in the skin. But, when you drill, the stiffener wants to moves. I clamped the the ends of each stiffener. That's all you can clamp. Then started from the forward end and worked back doing each 4th hole. The top stiffener was easy because you could hold it tight from the inside while you drill it from the outside. The bottom was to low at the forward end for one person to hold and drill. Well, I did it by meself anyway and got it done.

The aft 711 and 712 bulkheads have all the holes in the skin but not the bulkheads. I drilled these as well even though you can't see clecoes in them. I had clecoes in every 711,712 hole and removed one cleco at a time to drill. Then reinserted the cleco.

As per plans I didn't drill the top row where the longeron goes or the front end 706 bulkhead.

Am I ready to disassemble? Nope. A small matter of the rudder stops. I have to think about what to do there.
