The DWG's have a note that says that the ends vary depending on the end of the fuselage and position of the stiffener. I don't think it's talking about the position or angle of the large cutout, but instead the angle of the very end 1/32" trim. I decided to keep a full 1/4" in extra length on both ends that can be match trimmed later. So, I cut them all to final length plus 1/2".
When making the cut out I went 1/4" further in from the end because of the extra 1/4" length.
I used the band saw for a rough cut, then dremal tool sanding drum to final shape it. Then emery cloth and Scotch Brite pad.
I measured and trimmed 2, 1 at each end. Then used those as templates for the others.
I did both ends now. Didn't wait. Get both ends done now.
