Not really worthy of a long entry for this but I wanted to show how I had it all set up on my table.
Strips are clamped and ready to fit the 721 conopy deck.
I decided to finish the edge of the 721 aft canopy deck before fitting to the longeron. The edge had a bunch of raised points from when it was punched out at Vans. The Vixen file removed them very nicely. I use the Vixen file more and more these days. Then Schotch Brite wheel the edge.
Now lets fit the 721 to the longeron and see how flush we can get the outside edge of the 721 and skin simulating strips.
