Brief Description: Steve my brother gets his Fuselage.
Steve, my brother from Seattle drove down with his friend Bob and we all drove to Vans to get his fuselage kit. Oh boy, That's a good day for Steve, although work calls kept him a bit distracted. Bob and I went on a Vans factory tour while Steve was off loading his box with a Vans dude. So, Bob and I misssed the presentation and loading of the kit. Bummer.I really enjoy the tours because I see something different every time I go through it. Todays tour guide was Ken Scott. Interesting dude that Mr. Ken. It's an exersize in patience and tolerence when conversing with him. The other Ken, the dude himself, Ken Kruger, the Vans airplane designer was in the Vans hanger at the end of the tour. After bowing to him I took a picture of him with Steve. Ken designs airplanes. Wow. Cool.
Steve caught up with us at the end of the tour in the hanger. So, here is Steve accepting his fuselage kit.
