This angle is the same sort of thing as the 729B angle. Cut to length, clamp and match drill.
You can see in image 1 that I have been using boelube. I smoosh it in the part that is pre-punched. The 0.063 angle is underneath. Seems to help, I guess, not sure, what the heck.
