Aft of the 705 rear spar attach bulkhead are 3 simple bulkheads. They are circle bulkheads. The first has 3 ribs, the 2nd and 3rd only have 2. These guys come without the protective blue plastic and are all bent and warped. Really ugly.
These guys have to have their edges debured including flossing the mini flanges. Then fluted. Even after fluting they're still all bent up and warped. The flange angles need to be adjusted but not to 90 degrees. I'll have to wait and see how the skin fits to adjust the flanges.
