Brief Description: F-705 BH - Rivet Rear Spar Attach.

Time to rivet the 705 Bulkhead. I started with the bottom "Rear Spar Attach Bulkhead". Its called this because the wing rear spar attaches to it. Image 1 shows a rivet that fits under the 605C Bar Doubler. You must remember to set this rivet before you set any rivets on the 605C. Also, this rivet attaches the side 705D, so make sure you have it in place. I masked off all the rivets that will be set later as per plans shown in image 2. Image 3 shows the Rear Spar Attach Bulkhead riveted. All was squeezed. I put the shop heads on the rear side against the thin material. I just wanted all the rivets on the whole bulkhead to be in the same direction.

First rivet to set, Fits under 605C.

Now squeeze away.

Done. Easy work.
