Brief Description: F-705 BH - Seat Back - Trim pieces to 16 1/4"
Now that the 705L shim and 705K channel are drilled I can cleco them together and trim the ends so that the over all length is 16 1/4" and the ends are 1/4" from from the first rivet.
Image 1 shows how much I'll trim. Image 2 shows the other side trimmed. Glad I did it this way. The 2 pieces are exactly the correct length and exactly flush with each other. I was afraid if I trimmed first it would be difficult to get then alaigned for drilling. Glad I did it my way.
