Brief Description: F-705 BH - Seat Back - Drill 705K.
After drilling the 705L shim, you can use it to match drill the bent 705K plate. Draw a line 11/16" from one edge of the 705K and view it through the 705L shim. Clamp and drill.
If you don't get your bend on the 705K plate exactly in the center, then I think it's best to drill these holes on the wider side of the bend. My bend radius is not in the center. It starts in the center moves toward one edge for about 1/32". I get a better fit of these 2 parts if the holes and 705L shim are on the wider side.
After the 705K plate is drilled it needs to be machine counter sunk to accept flush rivets. I kept the 2 pieces clecoed to provide more material thickness for the counter sink pilot.
