Brief Description: F-704 BH - Drill F-633's. Part 2.
This F-633 in image 1 needs a couple of holes. The holes on the thick spar flange are factory drilled. The holes on the F-633's are not. The plans have you mark and drill the top hole on the 633. Bolt it on the spar and match drill the bottom hole.
Heck no, I'm not doing it that way. There is a risk of not getting that first hole where you want it. So, I marked both hole locations with crosses on the 633, clamped it to the spar making sure I could see the crosses through the thick spar flange and matched drilled both of them. Worked for me.
