This step took some contemplation. The instructions are brief and I didn't likethe order they said to do this. It just seemed like their procedure would result in mis-alaignment.
The images show the order in witch I drilled. Image 1 - Cleco (through existing tooling hole) and clamp both doublers in place.. Image 2 - Match drill rib through rib doubler. Remove and debur. This is really important because a larhe amount of material builds up inbetween the rib doubler and rib. You will have alaignment problems later if not removed. Image 3 - Match Drill bottom 3 spar holes through spar doubler. There is a very important step to do here before you drill. Prior to drilling remove the spar doubler and assure the 3 rib flange holes still are aligned with the 3 spar holes. If you don't check this alignment, you will drill the new spar holes in the wrong place.
