After the top skins go on it's tiem to but your wings in a cradle. This design is a modification of the design found at http://www.ch601.org/tools/Wing%20Stand/wing_stand.htm
Check it out. You may have different midifications.
Image 1 shows the drawing and list of materials.
2 86" 2x4, top/bot horizontal cross members. 2 41" 2x4, left/right vertical members. 2 30" 2x4, left/right horizontal base members. 1 26" 2/4, horizontal, wing spar support. 2 18" 2x4, vertical, leading edge carpet supports. 1 6" 2x4, wing spar support spacer.
12 8"x8" ply-wood triangles 3 16"x8 ply-wood triangles
I also put rubber swivel casters on the botton.
Abby drilled all the holes, I screwed in all the screws.
This was a fun project in that it didn't involve the plane. Fun, in that it was work you could do without worring about messing up your plane.
