Here is the $5.00 Harbor Freight rivet puller. Wow, even comes with a bunch of pulled rivets. You will need one of these to grind down so that you can reach the holes on the tank Z brackets. Now, if you install your tanks the 'Dan Checkoway's' way, you can get these holes in a better position so that you don't have to grind much away. This was so in my case. I've seen logs where so much was ground away that the tool was barley operative.
The quality of this thing actually is not bad. I'm impressed with it actually.
