Brief Description: Clean tank ribs before installing.

So, here we go on a marathon tank rib cleaning session. 14 ribs in all. Pick up rib, scrub outside web, scrup inside web, scrup inside flange, scrup outside flange, rinse with water, place on clean paper and repeat. Actually it didn't take that long.
