Brief Description: Add anti flop tube hang up strap.
Well, the plans say to put this anti flop tube hang up strap in the center. But, image 1 shows that the flop tube actually gets hung up on the strap it self with the strap in this position. I moved it up one position in image 2. Weird that others don't have this problem.
