Cutting a bar of aluminum into 4 spacers that fit between the wing tie down bracket and wing main spar. Each spacer needs a 1" diameter hole. This was not easy.
I used a hole cutter modified to cut a 1" outer diameter hole. Clamped it all down and went to town. The hole cutter whould only go throug half way. I turned the spacer over and finished it from the other side.
