I used 8 small bolts with large flat washers and a 1/16" wood fiber square piece to mount the dust hood. The wood fiber square is on the bottem outside. The dust hood is mounted solid and will not break through the box. The box is thick double ply cardboard.
With out the small wood block in the center of the box it gets imploded. Maybe I need more small holes in the top.
It works just like an air hockey table except it sucks instead of blows.
I place it on my table saw and detatch the vacume hose from the table saw and press fit it to the under side of the paint sucker.
Very easy to set up and take down.
I've seen many other building logs and I do think this is the best idea I've seen. Really.
