Prepare rudder for all the edge rivets. Cleco skin on with every other hole. Drill, Move clecoes and drill remaining holes. Take it apart and debur both sides of every hole in the skin and in the sleleton. DImple every hole in the skin and in the skeleton. Cleco it all back together and rivet.
