Brief Description: Another prep step on skeleton, debur and polish.
These HS skeleton parts are now deburred and polished. The instructions say that the edges of the 2 long spars need to be polished to a mirror finish. I sanded the edges with sand paper starting with 180, then 240, then 320 and finally 400. Very smooth. Not pictured are the skins. They have been deburred and the edges have been smoothed out.
These parts are still not totally prepped. All the holes need to be dimpled.
