Brief Description: Install NACA vents. Drill hole pattern in vents.
Then I determined and marked where I wanted rivets. Not shown here is an additional rivet at the trailing edge curve. Was an after thought. As usual I matched drilled through a piece of 1/8” aluminum. I match drill as much as I can. Its what I do. Can't help it. Then I drilled the second vent, match drilling through the first. I'm using the #40 bit to use D3 pulled rivets.
